RedDigital is a Shopify development and conversion optimisation team. We offer monthly care and growth, fixed-scope store builds, custom work, and the paid Leak Audit.

Prices and descriptions on this site are informational and do not form a binding offer. Only a specific written proposal, prepared after a call, is binding, and what it says takes precedence over this site.

Prices shown here exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

The 30-minute call is free and carries no obligation. Whatever we agree or recommend in it is yours whether or not we work together.

Starta Plāns and Noplūdes Tests are free. They exist to structure and to diagnose, not to guarantee an outcome. Decisions you make on the strength of them are your own.

The audit is fixed-scope work: measurement, a document and a 60-minute call. We change nothing in your store during it and ask only for viewer access.

If we begin working together on a build or on monthly growth within 30 days of the audit, the €397 is credited against the first invoice. If we do not, it is not refunded — the work is done and the document is yours to keep.

Specific payment terms and timelines are set out in each proposal. Monthly services are invoiced a month in advance and can be ended with written notice.

Any timeline we give also depends on how quickly we receive the content, access and answers we need. If those are delayed, the timeline is too.

Once invoices are paid, what was built in your store and the files handed to you are yours. We keep the right to reuse general methods, knowledge and approaches on other work.

Third-party apps, themes, fonts and images used in the work carry their own licences, and those continue to apply.

We publish work in our portfolio only with your permission.

We do the work carefully, but we do not guarantee particular revenue, conversion rate or ranking outcomes. Ecommerce results depend on the product, the price, the market and the advertising, and most of that is not in our hands.

We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services we do not control, including Shopify, app developers, advertising platforms and payment providers.

These terms and our work together are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We try to resolve any dispute by talking first.

We may add to these terms over time. The current version is always here, dated at the top.
