When the standard setup isn't enough

Migrations, warehouse or accounting integrations, non-standard pricing logic, B2B flows. Projects where the answer isn't an app from the store.

WHO IT'S FOR

What we usually start with

Migration to Shopify

Moving from WooCommerce, Magento or a custom system while keeping products, orders, customers and SEO rankings intact.

Integrations

Connecting warehouse, accounting or CRM systems so data flows automatically instead of being retyped by hand.

Non-standard logic

Configurators, B2B pricing tiers, subscription models or bundles that off-the-shelf apps don't solve.

MIGRATION

Move to Shopify without losing rankings

Migrations usually fail on planning, not on technology. So we start with an inventory, not with moving things.

  1. 01

    Inventory

We count exactly what has to move: products, variants, customers, order history, content, URL structure and integrations.

  2. 02

    Risk assessment

We flag what can break — non-standard pricing, legacy URLs, search rankings, subscriptions — and agree on each one upfront.

  3. 03

    Move and redirect

Data moves in batches with a check after each. Old URLs get 301 redirects so search rankings survive the switch.

  4. 04

    Launch and watch

After cutover we watch indexation, errors and conversion. The first weeks are when problems surface.

PROCESS

From conversation to proposal

  1. 01

    Consultation

30–45 minutes on what needs solving, which systems are involved and what the deadline looks like.

  2. 02

    Scope estimate

We break the project into stages with an estimate for each, so you see what you're paying for before we start.

  3. 03

    Staged delivery

We work in stages with regular demos, so changes surface early rather than on handover day.

Tell us what needs solving

If the project isn't a fit, we'll say so straight away and point you somewhere better if we can.
