Phase 1: a Shopify rebuild around a hero product, codified brand voice, and conversion infrastructure for paid traffic. Eight architectural decisions, each tied to an explicit hypothesis — published 8 days post-launch, with the 30-day numbers landing in early June.
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. CRO is a process of disciplined experimentation — some tests win big, some are flat, some lose. What we guarantee is the methodology: clear hypotheses, properly run experiments, statistical rigor, and full implementation. Over a 3–6 month engagement, that consistently produces lift for supplement brands. But anyone promising "30% conversion lift in 60 days" is selling fiction.
Because CRO needs time to work. Tests need to reach statistical significance, and that requires sufficient traffic and time. The first month is mostly setup and baseline experiments. Months 2–3 are when real lift starts compounding. A one-month engagement would be misleading — neither side can deliver real value in that window.
Roughly yes — we recommend at least 5,000 monthly sessions or €5,000+ in monthly ad spend for AB tests to reach significance reasonably fast. Below that, we focus more on qualitative improvements (UX audits, heuristic-based optimization) rather than statistical testing. We'll tell you honestly during the audit call whether retainer-level CRO makes sense for your traffic volume yet.
Most freelance CROs deliver recommendations, then leave you to implement them — which means another developer, another invoice, more delays. We do everything end to end: hypothesis, design, code, deploy, measure, ship. You don't need to manage a separate dev team. We're also vertical-specific to supplements, where most freelancers are generalists across e-commerce.
After the initial 3-month engagement, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't believe in trapping clients in long contracts — if we're not delivering value, you should leave. We also occasionally pause engagements at client request (e.g., during major holidays or store migrations) — just let us know.
Whatever fits your store best. For most supplement brands, we use a combination of Shopify-native tools, lightweight AB testing apps like Intelligems or Convert.com, and custom JavaScript/Liquid for advanced tests. If you already have a tool we'll work in it. We don't have a vendor we're trying to push.
The retainer is focused on CRO. But if a winning test requires significant custom development to ship to production, we handle that within the retainer. For larger projects (full redesigns, migrations, custom integrations) we have a separate Custom Build offering. CRO retainer clients get preferred rates and fast-track scheduling on those projects.
